From a system composition perspective, electric motorcycle parts mainly cover four major areas: electrical and power systems, chassis and handling systems, body and exterior components, and intelligent and electronic systems. The electrical and power systems are the "heart" of the electric motorcycle, and its core components include the drive motor (hub motor or mid-mounted motor), motor controller, power battery pack, battery management system (BMS), DC-DC converter, and on-board charger. These components determine the vehicle's power performance, range, and charging efficiency, and are the core value that distinguishes electric motorcycles from traditional models. The chassis and handling systems include the frame, front and rear shock absorbers, braking system (disc brakes or drum brakes), wheels, and tires. These components directly affect the vehicle's driving stability, braking safety, and riding comfort. The body and exterior components include shell coverings, lights, dashboards, seats, rearview mirrors, etc., and are mainly responsible for beautifying the appearance and providing basic human-computer interaction functions.
The integration of electric drive systems is a very clear technological trend for the future. Traditional products may consist of independent motors, controllers, reducers, and numerous connecting wires, while next-generation systems increasingly tend to integrate the motor, gearbox, controller, and even DC/DC converter into more compact modules to reduce weight, layout space, wiring harness quantity, and assembly complexity. Musashi has already achieved mass production of its two-wheeled EV e-Axle in India and plans to gradually expand production and sales from approximately 10,000 units in the early stages to one million units by 2030; the e-Axle has already been incorporated into Indian electric two-wheeler projects.
Power batteries remain one of the most valuable and technologically rapidly evolving components in electric motorcycles. Products are upgrading from traditional lead-acid to lithium-ion, especially LFP, high-nickel/ternary, and large cylindrical technologies. Meanwhile, fast charging, battery swapping, removable batteries, and battery cloud management are changing product architecture. Compared to passenger vehicles, electric two-wheelers are more sensitive to weight, space, and cost; therefore, battery companies need to strike a balance between energy density, safety, cycle life, and price. On the other hand, two-wheeled vehicles are well-suited for removable batteries and battery swapping, and companies like CATL have already entered the two-wheeled mobility and battery swapping business.
Motors and controllers will be upgraded towards higher efficiency, higher power density, lighter weight, and intelligent control. Low-power urban commuter models still largely use hub motors, which have the advantages of simple structure, fewer parts, and lower cost; mid-to-high-end electric motorcycles are increasingly adopting mid-drive motors, achieving better unsprung mass control and power performance through reducers, chains, or belts. As products expand from urban commuting to performance motorcycles, the importance of 3–10 kW and even higher electric drive systems increases, while FOC, PMSM, high-efficiency power modules, regenerative braking, and more complex torque control algorithms are becoming key areas of competition.

調査レポートの納品までの日数はどの程度ですか?


在庫のあるものは速納となりますが、平均的には 3-4日と見て下さい。
但し、一部の調査レポートでは、発注を受けた段階で内容更新をして納品をする場合もあります。
発注をする前のお問合せをお願いします。


注文の手続きはどのようになっていますか?


1)お客様からの御問い合わせをいただきます。
2)見積書やサンプルの提示をいたします。
3)お客様指定、もしくは弊社の発注書をメール添付にて発送してください。
4)データリソース社からレポート発行元の調査会社へ納品手配します。
5) 調査会社からお客様へ納品されます。最近は、pdfにてのメール納品が大半です。


お支払方法の方法はどのようになっていますか?


納品と同時にデータリソース社よりお客様へ請求書(必要に応じて納品書も)を発送いたします。
お客様よりデータリソース社へ(通常は円払い)の御振り込みをお願いします。
請求書は、納品日の日付で発行しますので、翌月最終営業日までの当社指定口座への振込みをお願いします。振込み手数料は御社負担にてお願いします。
お客様の御支払い条件が60日以上の場合は御相談ください。
尚、初めてのお取引先や個人の場合、前払いをお願いすることもあります。ご了承のほど、お願いします。
