The fully synthetic lubricant currently described by the industry refers to the following three types of motor oil: Polyalphaolefin (PAO) motor oil: This is the most widely used and popular motor oil among fully synthetic motor oils and semi-synthetic motor oils. PAO has excellent technical performance at both high and low temperatures. Hydroisomerized (HC) motor oil: It is not a fully synthetic motor oil in the true sense.
