On the demand side, core drivers stem from end applications facing "rising heat output, tighter space constraints, and stricter reliability requirements", including AI servers and high-computing-power hardware, semiconductor power modules, as well as the EV "three-electric" (drive motor, battery, electronic control) and battery systems.
